The Birth revisited. I may have been wrong, but I doubt it

On July 6, 2008 my friend Grumpy wrote a post about the question of Obama’s eligibility to serve as President based on questions regarding his citizenship. My response was, “If there were really anything to the rumor that he’s not a natural born citizen, it would have been PROVEN long before now by people more powerful than us bloggers.”

While I still think I was right, baldilocks also commented saying, “I do think it’s a trap. BHO will put forth the actual certificate when all eyes are watching and make those who are obsessed with this issue look foolish. Watch.”

I also think baldilocks is right.

However, at this point I really have to question Obama’s fitness to take the office of the POTUS for this simple reason: He has been asked by citizens of the United States, both informally and through the courts, to submit valid proof of his citizenship and his eligibility to hold the office of POTUS (specifically, his long-form birth certificate and any and all passports), AND HE HAS REFUSED. In effect, he is thumbing his nose at the citizens of the country he wants to lead.

Frankly, I’m just insulted. I have to show a certified birth certificate and an original Social Security card just to get a driver’s license - yet Obama can’t be bothered to do the same to be allowed the privilege of serving in the country’s highest office?

I think that, once these lawsuits finally can’t be ignored anymore are picked up by the MSM, THEN he will show proof of his eligibility and forever after refer disparagingly to those “right wing nuts” who thought he wasn’t even a natural born citizen.

I won’t care about being disparaged by him. I WILL care that he showed such contempt for the citizens of the United States that he hired three law firms and paid thousands of dollars just so he could do his disparaging.

If…IF…this is how it plays out I hope that millions of us contact him personally and remind him of what he said November 4, 2008, “And to those Americans whose support I have yet to earn - I may not have won your vote, but I hear your voices, I need your help, and I will be your President too.”

You did not hear our voices, and you are not acting like our President.

Actions speak louder than words, Mr Obama. ACT like an honest person, instead of talking like a professional campaigner, full of himself and the hope he’s going to infuse into the world made hopeless by his very intransigence and dissembling and lying!

The Supreme Court CANNOT DUCK Obama’s Birth Certificate Constitutional Crisis (albeit the media blackout on the issue). The messiah will NOT become President! This 90-minute blogradio program explains why:
